Aleshia Silva, Founder and CEO
Aleshia is the Founder and President of Practice Management Solutions. She has an Associates of Arts and Science in Business Administration. She is a Certified Coding Specialist for Physicians. Prior to establishing Practice Management Solutions, she worked as an in-house medical billing and coding specialist for medical practices. She left her last provider’s office in search of helping other providers that was having the same problems her current provider was having and that was unsuccessful billing processes and inexperienced billers.
She is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Practice Management Solutions and coordinates all new practice start-ups as well as oversees all provider training.
Aleshia has extensive knowledge and years of experience in all aspects of billing, collections, and accounting. She is also experienced in billing Medicare, Medicaid, all Commercial and Government insurances, and Workers’ Compensation.
